Prostate cancer in Africa: pathophysiology, management recommendations and clinical practice.

On Wednesday November 23, 2022, the Biogaran Academy organized its 11th webinar. The evening was dedicated to prostate cancer, with a particular focus on the physiopathology of this cancer, the management recommendations available to date, and illustrations of clinical practice.

To this end, we were joined by two specialists:

Pr. LUBWAZE Bienvenu, Oncologist, Director of the Centre National de Lutte contre le Cancer (CNLC) and Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kinshasa.
Pr. TRAORE Bangaly, Oncologist, Head of the Oncological Surgery Unit at Donka, Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Gamal Abdel Nasser University in Conakry, President of the Guinean Cancer Society and Coordinator of the National Cancer Control Program (PNLCC).

The webinar was moderated by Pr. Damien SENE, Head of the Internal Medicine – Clinical Immunology Functional Unit at Hôpital Lariboisière (APHP) and Professor at Université Paris Cité (France).
