From hypertension to heart failure: pathophysiology, management recommendations and clinical practice

The Biogaran Academy has organized its 2nd webinar of the year 2023! During the event, we looked at the progression from hypertension to heart failure, with a particular focus on the pathophysiology of these diseases, the management recommendations available to date, and illustrations from clinical practice.

During the conference, we were privileged to welcome :

– Prof. Jean-Baptiste ANZOUAN-KACOU, Professor of Cardiology at the Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny, Abidjan, and Medical and Scientific Director of the Heart Institute, Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire)

– Prof. Dophra NGOY, Cardiologist, Head of the Department of Internal Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lubumbashi, Head and Director of the Lubumbashi Heart Centre and President of the Congolese Society of Cardiology (DRC).

As usual, the webinar was moderated by Pr. Damien SENE, Head of the Internal Medicine – Clinical Immunology Functional Unit at Hôpital Lariboisière (APHP) and Professor at Université Paris Cité (France).
